I take that you contacted an Authorized Friedrich Service Provider but they found nothing wrong? Unfortunately since the units are out of warranty there is little i can suggest.
If the second unit has just had the warranty end by 30-60 days you can possibly get an extension if the issue with the unit is warranty related, please have an authorized servicer review the unit and forward the service report to us for review. Servicer providers are independent business owners that have completed instruction to work on Friedrich units, but do not work for Friedrich.
